Painting in Transit

So the painting in transit ended with me. When I received the painting from Fernando I asked him "What happened to it? Why is it blank?" He explained that people had been painting on it, stitching into it, drawing on it, as it moved along from person to person developing as a picture, until it had been re-stretched by the person who had given it to him (as far as I understood). He then lost the canvas and had to make a brand new one, which he gave to me. I didn't have a lot of time and wasn't sure what to do with it, especially being the last person to have it and it being blank. So I simply decided to end this brand new canvas in transit. The word itself meaning end is unfinished, the canvas was only just recently born, and it won't have the opportunity to develop further in this project. It's something that is new and over at the same time.
